The Company owns and operates the Pacific Smiles Dental Care Centers and the nib Dental Care Centers which are located throughout Australian Capital Territory, New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland. The Company provides dentists with fully serviced and equipped facilities including support staff, materials, marketing, and administrative services. The Company operates approximately 109 dental centers. The Company's Dental Center Networks are located in Belconnen, Manuka, Gungahlin and Tuggeranong in Australian Capital Territory (ACT); Ashfield, Belmont and Balgowlah in New South Wales; Caroline Springs and Chirnside Park in Victoria, and Birtinya, Bribie Island and Capalaba in Queensland.
