Snap Interactive, Inc. Appoints Michael Jones to the Board

On November 7, 2017, the Board of Directors of Snap Interactive, Inc. increased the size of the Board from seven members to eight members and appointed Michael Jones to the Board, effective November 7, 2017. Mr. Jones will serve as a director until the Company’s 2018 annual meeting of stockholders. Mr. Jones has not been appointed to any Board committees at this time.
Paltalk, Inc. is a communications software provider that powers multimedia social applications. Its products include Paltalk, Camfrog, ManyCam, Tinychat and Vumber. Paltalk and Camfrog are both available on Windows, Mac OS, iOS, Android and other tablet devices. Tinychat is Web-based, enables adaptations of its video technology and does not require a download.
