Pan American Energy Corp. announced that it expects to receive CAD 0.9 million in funding

Pan American Energy Corp. announced a non-brokered private placement of 1,363,636 charity flow-through shares at a price of CAD 0.66 per share for the gross proceeds of CAD 900,000 on December 20, 2023. The transaction is expected to close on December 29, 2023.

Closing of the FT Offering is subject to the Company?s receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals, including approval of the Canadian Securities Exchange. The securities issued pursuant to the FT Offering will be subject to a four-month hold period from the closing date.
