Pan Malaysia Corporation Berhad (KLSE:PMCORP) entered into a conditional sale and purchase agreement to acquire remaining 49% stake in A&W (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd from Intermark Resources Sdn Bhd for MYR 69.4 million on September 8, 2023. Consideration will be in the form of cash and Consideration shares. A&W (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is subject to Pan Malaysia Corporation Berhad's shareholders, Bursa Securities for the listing of and quotation for the Consideration Shares pursuant to the Proposed Acquisition and approval of Regulatroy board, TA Securities Holdings Berhad acted as financial advisor to Pan Malaysia Corporation Berhad (KLSE:PMCORP)
