Pan Malaysia Corporation Berhad (PMC) is a Malaysia-based investment holding company. It operates through three segments: Fast Food Chain, Food, and Investment Holding. Fast Food Chain segment is engaged in operating fast food chain restaurants. Food segment is engaged in manufacturing, marketing and distribution of confectionery and cocoa-based and other food products. Investment holding segment is engaged in holding of investments and related activities. The Company’s subsidiaries are engaged in manufacturing, export, marketing, and distribution of chocolate and confectionery. It also involved in the warehousing and distribution of chilled and confectionery products, and snack foods, as well as marketing and distribution of beverage products. The Company’s product brands include Crispy and Tango, and A&W. Its subsidiaries include Network Foods Industries Sdn Bhd, Network Foods (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, Network Foods (Hong Kong) and Network Foods Distribution Pte Ltd.
