Consequently, the number of PannErgy ordinary share held by the Company as ordinary shares changed to 4 898 120 shares. After the transactions, the rate of treasury shares is 24,49% in total.
PannErgy Nyrt. informs capital market participants that in line with the Company's applicable extraordinary announcement of 13 June 2023, it will suspend its own share purchase programme launched on 2 May 2023 during the closed period - from 26 February 2024 to 27 March 2024 - as set out in Article 19(11) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (MAR) and, as such, no own share purchases will be made. Following this period, purchases of own shares will resume without further notice and on unchanged terms.
