Para Light Electronics Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2021. For the second quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 238.000 million compared to TWD 207.420 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 20.943 million compared to TWD 7.225 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 16.674 million compared to net loss of TWD 7.193 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.15 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of TWD 0.06 a year ago. For the half year, sales was TWD 445.149 million compared to TWD 372.924 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 21.930 million compared to operating loss of TWD 9.092 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 18.415 million compared to net loss of TWD 22.640 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.17 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of TWD 0.2 a year ago.
