USR Co., Ltd. acquired 9.7% stake in PC Direct, Inc. (KOSDAQ:A051380) from Misung Telecom Co., Ltd., Shin, Seong-Hoon, Kim, Seong-Soo and Hyun-Jin Song for approximately KRW 2.3 billion on December 17, 2015. USR acquired 0.05 million shares from Misung Telecom, 0.07 million shares from Shin, Seong-Hoon and 0.1 million shares from Kim, Seong-Soo at KRW 3450 per share.
USR Co., Ltd. completed the acquisition of 9.7% stake in PC Direct, Inc. (KOSDAQ:A051380) from Misung Telecom Co., Ltd., Shin, Seong-Hoon, Kim, Seong-Soo and Hyun-Jin Song on December 17, 2015.
PC Direct, Inc. is a Korea-based company specialized in the distribution of computer hardware and peripherals. The Company is the authorized distribution agent for Intel, Seagate, Microsoft, Foxconn and others. The Company mainly provides central processing units (CPUs), servers, hard disk drives (HDDs), floppy disk drives (FDDs), solid state disks (SSDs) displays, memories, mother boards, video graphics array (VGA) cards, notebook computers, software and other computer peripheral products. The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets.
