Peerapat Technology Public Company Limited ( the " Company" ) would like to inform that due to there are less than 3 members of the Audit Committee which is not in accordance with the criteria of the Securities and Exchange Commission. The Board of Directors of the Company recruited a qualified person to replace such position.

In this regard, the Board of Directors' meeting No. 3/2022 convened on 10 August 2022 has resolved to approve the appointment of Mr. Thanachat Thanasettagone to be the Audit Committee / Independent Director which effectives from 10 August 2022 onwards. Mr. Thanachat Thanasettagone is fully qualified to be an "Independent Director" according to the Notification of the Capital Market Supervisory Board No. TorJor. 39/2016 Re: Application and Approval for the Offering for Sale of New Shares.
