CLARIFICATION ANNOUNCEMENT

Reference is made to the announcement (the "Announcement") of Perfect Shape Medical Limited (the "Company") published by the Company on 12 May 2021 regarding the opening of 20 "Medical+Beauty" service centers. Capitalised terms used in this clarification announcement shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Announcement, unless otherwise stated herein.

This clarification announcement is published for the purpose of making the following corrections to the Announcement:

1. "in the first half of fiscal year 2022" as mentioned in the second paragraph on page 1 of the Announcement should be amended as "on or before 1 October 2021"; and
2. "in the second half of fiscal year 2022" as mentioned in the second paragraph on page 1 of the Announcement should be amended as "in the second half of this fiscal year".

This clarification announcement is supplemental to and should be read in conjunction with the Announcement. Except for those as set out in this clarification announcement above, all other information contained in the Announcement remains unchanged.
