TEMPORARY INTERRUPTION OF PRODUCTION IN FRADE

Rio de Janeiro, August 15, 2022 - Petro Rio S.A. ("Company" or "PRIO") (B3: PRIO3) informs its shareholders and the market in general that it has interrupted production in the Frade Field due to an inert gas line.

The Company initially estimates that the interruption will last between 5 to 7 days, and any further developments will be summarily informed.
