Rio de Janeiro, June 11st, 2021.

Petrobras Distribuidora S.A. ("Company") (B3: BRDT3), in continuity with the relevant fact of 8/26/2020, it informs its shareholders and the general public that it received today, 06/11/2021, a letter requesting cooperation from its shareholder, Petróleo Brasileiro SA - Petrobras, to implement the sale of the entirety of its 37.5% interest in the capital of Petrobras Distribuidora (BR), to be conducted through a secondary public offering of shares (follow-on).

In this communication from Petrobras, BR was also informed that the aforementioned offer is subject to the approvals approvals of competent bodies, including the internal bodies of Petrobras, notably with regard to the price, and the analysis and approval of CVM and other regulatory and self-regulatory bodies, under the terms applicable law.
