Payment of Complementary Dividends

Rio de Janeiro, September 25th, 2020.

Petrobras Distribuidora SA (B3: BRDT3), informs, in continuity with the notice to shareholders of 08/27/2020, that it will pay on September 30th, 2020 the additional dividends of R$ 533,988,695.99 approved in the last AEGM, referring to the year of 2019. It is worth mentioning that the payment will include correction at the SELIC rate of December 31 th, 2019 until the payment date, as provided in the Company's bylaws.

In addition, the update of the dividend installment paid on 9/1/2020 will be settled.

On our continuous monitoring of the macroeconomic environment, considering the impacts brought about by the pandemic, we continue to observe a gradual recovery in our volumes and a lesser restriction on the movement of people, resulting in an increase of industrial, commercial, services and the use of transport modes. Also considering our current cash generation and level of indebtedness, we consider it opportune to pay the additional dividends as of September 30 th.

The total amount of dividends to be paid on 9/30 will be R$ 547,199,374.60, or R$ 0.46969903400 per share, while R$ 13,210,678.61 or R$ 0.01133963830 per share refers to monetary restatement of the value since 01/01/2020. According to the tables below:

Shareholders with shareholding position on July 31th, 2020 (inclusive) will be entitled to dividends. Payment will be made by Banco Bradesco S.A., depositary institution for book-entry shares.

On the amount of R$ 0.01133963830 per share corresponding to the adjustment by the SELIC rate, there will be an incidence of income tax at the rate of 20%.

Withholding income tax, mentioned above, is not applicable to immune and exempt shareholders.

CREDIT INSTRUCTIONS

Payment will be made by Banco Bradesco S.A., depositary institution for book-entry shares. Account holders of Bradesco S.A., or other banks, whose registration is duly completed and updated, will have their rights automatically credited to their bank account on September 30th, 2020.

For shares deposited in B3's fungible custody, the payment will be credited to the respective exchange, which, through the depositing brokers, will pass on the dividends to the shareholders.

The Company will keep the market duly informed about this matters.
