Receipt of Amounts Related to the Debt Confidence Instruments entered into with Eletrobras

Petrobras Distribuidora SA (B3: BRDT3) informs, following the Notice to the Market disclosed on October 30th, 2020, that has received the amounts related to the Debt Confidence Instruments (ICDs, in Portuguese) signed with Centrais Elétricas Brasileiras S.A.- Eletrobras and its controlled distributors of energy.
The company received an amount of around R$ 34.6 million, referring to the 31st installment. Since those instruments were signed, the company has received a total amount of R$ 4,629.7 million.
The company informs that future payments related to the ICDs will be duly disclosed to the market.
