PETROSNIAGA SDN. BHD entered in to heads of agreement to acquire Petronas Dagangan Berhad LPG Marketing and Distribution Business from PETRONAS Dagangan Berhad (KLSE:PETDAG) on December 12 ,2021. As per the terms of the agreement, PETROSNIAGA SDN.

BHD will made a cash payment of RM 40 million, and issue 49% of its shares to PETRONAS Dagangan Berhad. The consideration also includes, a contingent payment of RM 40 million to be payable by PETROSNIAGA SDN. BHD to PETRONAS Dagangan Berhad subject to performance target agreed by the Parties.
