PETROVIETNAM DRILLING AND WELL SERVICES CORPORATION On 24 May, 2023, Petrovietnam Drilling and Well Service Corporation (PV Drilling) won two Safety Awards for 2022 from the International Association of Drilling Contractors - Southeast Asia Chapter (IADC - SEAC).
Specifically, at the IADC HSE & Sustainability Asia Pacific Conference & Exhibition, PV Drilling has honored to receive the award of "Best Incident Rate Offshore Company" and the jack-up PV DRILLING I rig has received the award of "Years Recordable Free Offshore Rig".

They are among the most prestigious awards from IADC - SEAC with an extremely limited award structure. In 2022, IADC - SEAC offered only 6 safety awards for all offshore companies and offshore rigs operating in 11 countries in Southeast Asia. Remarkably, PV Drilling has won two out of six awards in both categories of "offshore company" and "offshore rig", which has strongly affirmed our position and prestige in the field of drilling service provision.

PV DRILLING I, the first jack-up rig owned by PV Drilling, was put into operation in 2007. For 16 years of service provision, PV DRILLING I has maintained excellent safety performance with Zero LTI (No lost time incident) since the first days of operation. In order to achieve such impressive results, PV DRILLING I has overcome numerous difficulties and challenges, completed many drilling campaigns ahead of time for both domestic and international clients as well as enhanced its reputation in the oil and gas drilling field with such high records as 5,961,354 man hours without LTI and 162,263 safety observation cards.

Actually, PV DRILLING I deserves to be our "Number 1" jack-up rig, not only for its absolute safety performance but also for its highest investment efficiency among PV Drilling's owned rig fleet. These achievements have significantly affirmed our strategic vision as well as set the solid foundation for PV Drilling to continue to invest in the rig fleet.
