Pyeong HWA Clutch Industry Co. Ltd. announces a share repurchase program. Under the plan, the company will repurchase up to 210,000 shares, representing 14.28% of the issued share capital for KRW 88,560.36 million. The shares will be repurchased from Pyeong Hwa Automotive Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A043370) in cash. The company is repurchasing its shares to improve financial structure. The repurchase program will be valid till March 28, 2017. As on December 31, 2016, the company had 1,470,087 issued share capital.
