Pinnacle Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend, Payable on February 26, 2016

On January 19, 2016, Pinnacle's Board of Directors increased the quarterly cash dividend to $0.14 per common share to be paid on February 26, 2016 to common shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 5, 2016.
