The Board of Directors of Pioneer Bankshares Inc. declared a first quarter dividend at its March 9, 2017 meeting. The dividend payment declared will be paid at $0.20 per share for shareholders of record as of March 23, 2017 and is payable on March 31, 2017. This dividend payment is a $0.01 increase over the prior quarter's dividend amount and represents an increase of 5.26% as compared to the first quarter payout amount for 2016.
