The Board of Directors of Pioneer Bankshares Inc. declared a first quarter dividend at its February 11, 2016 meeting. The dividend payment declared will be paid at $0.19 per share for shareholders of record as of March 21, 2016 and is payable on March 31, 2016. This dividend represents an increase over the previous quarter of 5.56%.
The dividend payout also represents an annualized return on investment of 3.17% based on the current market value of the Company's stock.
