The Board of Directors of Pioneer Bankshares Inc. declared a fourth quarter dividend at its December 8, 2016 meeting. The dividend payment declared will be paid at $0.19 per share for shareholders of record as of December 19, 2016 and is payable on December 30, 2016. This dividend is the same as the prior quarter and represents an increase of 5.56% as compared to the same period last year.
