Pioneer Motor Public Company Limited resolved to change the record date for shareholders entitled to receive dividends from May 5, 2021 to May 6, 2021 by setting the dividend allocation for the year 2020 remains the same at THB 0.034 per share. Total dividend payment of THB 20,959,832, paid from the operating results from July 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020 and the dividend payment is scheduled on 25 May 2021. In this regard, the Company will propose to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the year 2021 to consider and approve the dividend payment further. However, such rights are still uncertain. Because they have to wait for approval from the shareholders' meeting.
