Piovan completes acquisition of 1 percent of the capital stock of Nu-Vu Conair

(Alliance News) - Piovan Spa on Thursday announced that it has completed the acquisition of 1.0 percent of the share capital of Nu-Vu Conair Private Limited.

As a result of the transaction, therefore, the Piovan Group has collectively achieved a 51 percent stake in Nu-Vu.

Piovan trades in the green by 0.2 percent at EUR9.90 per share.
