NEW YORK, April 16 (Reuters) - Holders of eurobonds issued by the government of Ukraine have formed an ad hoc bondholder committee, with Weil, Gotshal & Manges as legal advisors and PJT Partners as financial advisors, the committee said in a statement on Tuesday.
The group was created in response to a request from the Ukrainian government, the ad hoc committee said.
Its members, which were not named, said the group was created regarding 11 dollar-denominated bonds and two euro-denominated bonds with a total value outstanding of about $19.8 billion.
The group did not disclose its percentage of ownership.
