Podravska banka dd is a Croatia-based commercial bank. It provides a number of banking and financial services, including savings and loans, deposits, checking accounts, credit card facilities, e-banking under the service POBAklik and mobile banking, under the name POBAsms, brokerage of securities under the service POBAbroker, as well as domestic and international money transfer. In addition, it offers treasury operations in the interbank market, trust management and portfolio management under the service POBAportfolio, and investment banking services. The Bank is focused on individual clients and small and medium enterprises. The Bank operates a network of 30 branch offices, as well as other distribution channels across Croatia. As of December 31, 2011, the Bank operated one subsidiary, Poba ICO doo.
