Poindus Systems Corp. agreed to acquire OTEK System Co., Ltd. from Flytech Technology Co., Ltd. (TSEC:6206) and other shareholders on May 15, 2015. As reported on June 17, 2015, Poindus Systems and OTEK System will enter into a merger agreement effective August 1, 2015. Poindus Systems Corp. will remain and OTEK SYSTEM will dissolve after merger. The transaction will complete before September 30, 2015.

Poindus Systems Corp. cancelled the acquisition of OTEK System Co., Ltd. from Flytech Technology Co., Ltd. (TSEC:6206) and other shareholders on May 15, 2016.
