Poindus Systems Corp. agreed to acquire OTEK System Co., Ltd. from Flytech Technology Co., Ltd. (TSEC:6206) and other shareholders on May 15, 2015. As reported on June 17, 2015, Poindus Systems and OTEK System will enter into a merger agreement effective August 1, 2015.
Poindus Systems Corp. will remain and OTEK SYSTEM will dissolve after merger. The transaction will complete before September 30, 2015.
