Polaris Group (TWSE:6550) agreed to acquire additional unknown stake in Genovior Biotech Corporation for TWD 2 billion on December 21, 2023. Post the acquisition, Polaris will hold 100% stake in Genovior Biotech. Steve Hsu, Chairman of Genovior Biotech Corporation, has been appointed as the CEO of Polaris Group.
The board of Polaris approved the acquisition.
