Polaris Ltd. announced that Mr. Masahiko Yabuki ("Mr. Yabuki"), an Independent Non-Executive Director, has decided not to seek re-election and will retire upon the conclusion of the Company's Annual General Meeting to be held on 30 April 2024 and will consequently cease to be the Chairman of the Nominating Committee ("NC") and a member of the Audit and Risk Management Committee ("ARMC") and the Remuneration Committee ("RC").
