Destination Italia and Portale Sardegna have entered into deed of merger

(Alliance News) - Destination Italia Spa and Portale Sardegna Spa announced Thursday that they have today signed the deed of merger by incorporation of Portale Sardegna into Destination Italia.

The deed of merger implements the resolutions passed by the extraordinary shareholders' meetings of

Destination Italia and Portale Sardegna on March 20, 2023.

Destination Italia on Thursday closed unchanged at EUR1.18 per share while Portale Sardegna closed up 2.1 percent to EUR2.90 per share.
