NOTICE TO THE MARKET
PORTO SEGURO S.A. (B3: PSSA3), in compliance with CVM Resolution no. 44/2021 and the legislation in force, and in addition to the notice to the market released on August 29th, 2023, hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that, in view of the fulfillment of the applicable precedent conditions and the effective closing of the transaction, its subsidiary Porto Serviços Ltda. concluded the integral acquisition, on this date, of the quotas representing the capital stock of Fernandes e Fernandes - Sistemas de Aquecimento Ltda. (Unigás).
