NOTICE TO THE MARKET
PORTO SEGURO S.A. ("Porto Seguro" or "Company") (B3: PSSA3), hereby informs to its shareholders and the market in general the following changes in the Company's management approved at the Board of Directors' meeting held on March 24, 2021.
Mr. Roberto de Souza Santos, Chief Executive Officer of Porto Seguro, also assumes the position of Investor Relations Officer to replace Mr. Celso Damadi, who remains in the Company as Vice President Officer - Financial, Controllership and Investments.
Mr. André Luis Teixeira Rodrigues, Executive Director of Itaú Unibanco, responsible for the Retail Banking, Insurance and Corporate Credit areas, was appointed as a member of the Company's Board of Directors, replacing Mr. Márcio Schettini, who resigned in December, 2020.
