NOTICE TO THE MARKET

Porto Seguro S.A. ("Porto" our "Company") in continuity with the Notice to the Market published on May 31, 2023, informs its shareholders and the market in general that Paulo Kakinoff became, as of this date, Chief Executive Officer of Porto, replacing Roberto Santos, and concluding the Presidency transition process.

Roberto Santos now joins the Company's Board of Directors, replacing Ana Luiza Campos Garfinkel, who had been a member since 2019, and now leaves the Board to increase her dedication to other projects. Porto sincerely thanks Ana for all her contributions and dedication throughout her period in the Board of Directors.
