MATERIAL FACT

POSITIVO TECNOLOGIA S.A. ("Company") (B3: POSI3), pursuant to CVM Resolution 44/21 and Law 6,404/76, as amended, in continuity with the information disclosed by the Company through the Material Fact of 10/19/2021, informs its shareholders and the market in general that the Company has been confirmed as the winning Company in the bidding process for the production and supply of electronic ballot boxes (UE2022) - TSE Competition No. 03/21.

The tender comprises the supply of up to 176,000 (one hundred and seventy-six thousand) electronic ballot boxes, as well as other products and services provided for in the notice, with a global value of BRL 1,179,662,728.72 (one billion, one hundred and seventy-eight nine million, six hundred and sixty-two thousand, seven hundred and twenty-eight reais and seventy-two cents), through the Price Registration System. After the publication of the result of the bidding process by the Superior Electoral Court ("TSE") in the DOU, the Company will be called to sign the Price Registration Act ("ARP").

The term of validity of the ARP is 12 (twelve) months from its publication in the DOU. The supplies will take place from the timely formalization of the supply contracts with the provision of services, in batches that may be required by the TSE, in compliance with all applicable contractual and legal provisions.
