Powercom Co. Ltd. announced the resignation of Feng Xue Mei as financial officer, accounting officer and corporate governance officer of the company.
Effective date: February 29, 2024. resume of the previous position holder: Financial Dept. Senior Manager.
POWERCOM CO., LTD. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the manufacture and distribution of uninterruptible power systems (UPSs) and solar modules products. The Companyâs primary products include the off-line UPSs, line-interactive UPSs, on-line UPSs, solar power generation modules and photovoltaic (PV) inverters. Its products are mainly used in computers, communication products, medical equipment and solar power generation systems. The Company is also involved in the design and construction of solar power generation plants and the provision of related maintenance services.
