VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT

INCLUSION IN MSCI CHINA INDEX

This announcement is made by Powerlong Real Estate Holdings Limited (the "Company") on a voluntary basis.

The board of directors of the Company (the "Board") is pleased to announce that the Company will be included as a constituent for the MSCI China Index with effect as of market close on 27 May 2021.

The Board believes that the Company's inclusion into the MSCI China Index represents capital market's recognition of the Company's performance and value, which is expected to enhance the Company's reputation and increase the trading liquidity of the Company, resulting in realization of the value of investment in the Company.
