12,012,213 Equity Shares of Prataap Snacks Limited are subject to a Lock-Up Agreement Ending on 29-SEP-2018. These Equity Shares will be under lockup for 364 days starting from 30-SEP-2017 to 29-SEP-2018.
Details:
An aggregate of 20% of the post-issue shareholding of the company held by the promoters, namely SCI Growth Investments II, Arvind Mehta, Amit Kumat, Apoorva Kumat, Rajesh Mehta, Naveen Mehta, Arun Mehta, Kanta Mehta, Rita Mehta, Premlata Kumat, Swati Bapna, Rakhi Kumat and Sandhya Kumat, will be locked-in for a period of three years from the date of allotment in the issue.
The entire remaining pre-issue equity share capital of the company will be locked-in for a period of one year from the date of allotment in the issue.
