Eyal Arahoni entered into an agreement to acquire Deloitte House at 10 Brandon Street from Precinct Properties New Zealand Limited (NZSE:PCT) for NZD 10.2 million on April 23, 2018. The sale is conditional on ground lessor approvals and is due to settle in August 2018. Matt St Amand of CBRE acted as real estate broker for Precinct Properties New Zealand Limited.
