Preferred Bank Receives Regulatory Approval for the Appointment of Wayne Wu to Board of Directors

Preferred Bank received regulatory approval for the appointment of Wayne Wu to its board of directors. Shareholders approved the appointment of Wu at the company's annual meeting in June. He will serve on the board until he stands for reelection in 2015.
