Prima Industries Limited announced the completion of tenure of five years of Mrs. Vanshika Rathi from the office of Independent Director with effect from 14 February 2024. The Board took note of the completion of tenure of Mrs. Vanshika Rathi with effect from 14 February 2024. It was also noted by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

Consequently, she shall also cease to be a Member of the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Stakeholders Relationship Committee, Corporate Social Responsibility Committee and Risk Management Committee of the Company with effect from 14 February 2024 and also ceases to be the Chairman of Audit Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
