SCB Asset Management Co. Ltd., the Management Company of Prime Office Leasehold Property Fund (POPF), would like to inform the dividend payment, capital reduction of POPF, total amount of THB 0.2900 per unit, increasing from previous quarter The book closing date with details as follows: That the dividend payment of POPF for the operation period from January 1, 2024 to March 31, 2024 at the rate of THB 0.0243 per unit, the payment date will be on 4 June 2024 and That the capital reduction of POPF from the operation period from January 1, 2024 to March 31, 2024 would be at THB 0.2657 per unit, by decreasing the par value from THB 9.6107 per unit to THB 9.3450 per unit, and the payment date will be on 4 June 2024. The purpose of this capital reduction is to return excess liquidity of the fund since the fund has loss on changes in fair value of investments incurred in fourth quarter of 2023 which is non-cash accounting, together with unrealized Loss on Right of Use item.

The Fund will determine the right of unitholders who are entitled to receiving dividend and capital reduction by closing the investment unit register book to suspend the transfers of investment units on 12 February 2024.
