 Appointment of Non-Executive Chairman

Probability (AIM: PBTY), the mobile gambling specialist, is pleased to announce that it has appointed Mike Shinya as Non-Executive Chairman with immediate effect. Mr. Shinya's appointment will be submitted for shareholder approval at the Company's forthcoming Annual General Meeting.

Mike, 54, has enjoyed a career spanning 30 years, and largely focused on the technology sector. He has considerable experience in running companies, having acted as CEO both at Sherwood International, prior to its sale to SunGuard Data Systems Inc, and at IBS Group, a Stockholm-listed software company. He was also COO of Micro Focus International, a FTSE 250 company. The latter half of his career has been focused on software and services and he has operated in many international markets including the United States and Asia.

Mike has a track record of helping management teams create value for shareholders in public as well as private companies. As a CEO, he led a successful value-creating exit for investors in Sherwood International.

He is currently Chairman of Seal Software Group, and has within the past five years been a director of AIM-quoted Lombard Risk Management and a Partner of Grosvenor Park Films LLP. There is no further information which is required to be disclosed in respect of Mr Shinya pursuant to Schedule Two (g) of the AIM Rules.

Graham Parr, who has acted as non-Executive Chairman since 2006, has today retired from the board of Probability.
