ProLight Opto Technology Corporation announced that it expects to receive TWD 140 million in funding from Epistar Corp.

ProLight Opto Technology Corporation announced a private placement of 8,000,000 common shares at TWD 17.5 per share for gross proceeds of TWD 140,000,000 on May 18, 2012. Epistar Corp. will subscribe to all the shares through its subsidiary.
