Details:
An aggregate of 20% of the post-Offer Equity Share capital of the Company held by the Promoter, Sanjay Shah shall be locked in for a period of three years as minimum promoter's contribution from the date of Allotment in the offer.
The entire remaining pre-issue share capital will be locked-in for 1 year from the allotment date in the issue.
