PT BUKIT ASAM TBK PT Bukit Asam Tbk (PTBA) provided support to Muara Enim Regency Government in the form of two arm roll trucks, four arm roll tubs, and one set of waste destruction machines, which were received directly by Acting Muara Enim Regent Ahmad Usmarwi Kaffah on Thursday, August 17, 2023, on the celebration of Indonesia's 78th Independence Day.
Kaffah expressed his gratitude and appreciation to PTBA for supporting Muara Enim Regency by making the area arrangement more beautiful, clean and tidy.
He also asked all elements of society and businesses domiciled in Muara Enim Regency to take part in the development of Muara Enim.
"We hope that by using this vehicle, Muara Enim Regency will become even cleaner. We take great care of cleanliness and make sure there is no garbage accumulation," he said.
According to PTBA Vice President of Sustainability Hartono, the company has always been committed to supporting development that brings social, economic, and environmental benefits for the community.
"This assistance is a form of corporate social responsibility to the community, with the goal of protecting the environment and supporting the government in sustainable development programs," said Hartono.
