PT Ciputra Development Tbk Issues SGD 25,000,000 6.00% Notes Due 2026 Under its SGD 400,000,000 Multicurrency Medium Term Note Programme

PT Ciputra Development Tbk. (the ‘Issuer’) announced that it has issued the Series 003 Tranche 003 Notes (to be consolidated and form a single series with the existing SGD 100,000,000 6.00% Notes due 2026 issued on 2 February 2021 and the existing SGD 25,000,000 6.00% Notes due 2026 issued on 11 February 2021) under its SGD 400,000,000 multicurrency medium term note programme (the ‘Programme’). DBS Bank Ltd. is the sole lead manager and bookrunner for the Series 003 Tranche 003 Notes. Approval in-principle has been received from the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (‘SGX-ST’) for the listing and quotation of the Series 003 Tranche 003 Notes on the SGX-ST. Admission of the Series 003 Tranche 003 Notes on the SGX-ST is not to be taken as an indication of the merits of the Issuer, its subsidiaries, its associated companies, the Programme or the Series 003 Tranche 003 Notes. The Series 003 Tranche 003 Notes are expected to be admitted to the Official List of the SGX-ST with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 8 March 2021.
