Business Summary

PT FAP Agri Tbk is an Indonesia-based holding company that is engaged in the oil palm plantation and palm oil industry through its subsidiaries. The Company’s business activities include trading of agricultural products of oil containing fruit crops, such as coconuts and palm oil, including large trade in fruit seeds containing oil, as well as oil and vegetable fats, including margarine. The Company owns and operates nine palm oil plantations integrated with five Palm Oil Mills and one Kernel Crushing Plant. Its total oil palm plantation area covers approximately 110,000 hectares, including North Kalimantan, East Kalimantan, and Riau. The Company operates over five palm oil mills, and one kernel crushing plant. The Company’s subsidiaries include PT Borneo Bhakti Sejahtera, PT Marsam Citra Adiperkasa, PT Setia Agro Utama, PT Ketapang Hijau Lestari, PT Karangjuang Hijau Lestari, PT Bhumi Simanggaris Indah, PT Tirta Madu Sawit Jaya, PT Bulungan Hijau Perkasa and PT Riau Agung Karya Abadi.
