PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited announced that the company's board of directors at the Meeting No. 11/2023 held on September 25, 2023 has passed the resolutions by the recommendation of the nomination and remuneration committee as follows: Appointment of Sub-Committee Members as follows: 1) Mr. Pakorn Nilprapunt to be chairman of the audit committee; 2) Lieutenant General Nimit Suwannarat to be Director to the Audit Committee in replacement of Mr. Apisak Tantivorawong. The appointment is effective from September 25, 2023 onwards.
