Pubang Landscape Architecture Co., Ltd (SZSE:002663) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to CNY 100 million worth of class A shares. The shares will be repurchased at a price of not more than CNY 1.8 per share.
The shares purchased worth CNY 50 million will be used for the company's equity incentive plan or ESOP and the remaining CNY 50 million to maintain company value and shareholder rights. The program will be valid till 12 months.
