Moskovskaya Birzha MMVB RTS : Change of non-trading transaction limit in Spectra

Dear Derivatives market clients,

Please be informed that in order to minimize the negative impact on users caused by incorrect transactional activity, starting from 27 September 2019 a non-trade transactions flood control limit will be set to 300 transactions per second per login.

We would like to remind you that in case of timeout errors when working with this service a 1-2 min. pause should be made. Then check results of previous transactions in data feeds and then try to resend transactions if needed. If problem remains then stop this activity and contact our tech support.
